I keep saying; I would so go again next week. And it is. I thought it was so super cool to do. Intense enjoyment while also taking on a rock-hard physical challenge (and, of course, some mental challenges). The effect of such a week is super -indescribable- I want to say, but I do have words for it so I choose: valuable. What a wonderful gift to myself and especially what and wonderful gift to my life. Experiencing nature in such a quiet beautiful serene way.

Braving the cold, pushing my limits, daring to lean on the group, trusting each other. Going full steam ahead. And rock-hard enjoyment. Looking around and being intensely happy. Getting up early and watching the sun come up and feeling he-ready for it again.

And then those dogs <3. Getting to ride your own sled, how powerful and precious I felt ;-). This is a no-brainer for people who do like a challenge, are willing to challenge themselves (physically & mentally), can trust the flow of your body and life. Why wait? Go for it it.
