The real deal for the diehard adventurer. Tough treks that are physically and mentally challenging.

The real deal. Expeditions for the diehard adventurer. Physically demanding. Mentally challenging. Long treks in the cold. Think of the South Pole, North Pole or Greenland. These expeditions require experience and solid preparation. We cover between 20 and 30 kilometers per day on skis and a sled. These are the extremely tough expeditions.

What makes you suitable for Black Label?

Black Label is a bit of a stretch, though. Also in training. So prepare for this: you’re going to hike 20 kilometers, with a 20-pound backpack. And then 20 days in a row. You can train by running or jogging 20 kilometers at a stretch. You can also prepare yourself for Black Label by walking for miles with car tires strapped to your waist dragging behind you. What will you learn during a Black Label expedition?

We are often weeks cut off from the outside world and completely self-sufficient. That means you are totally at your own mercy. Is anything happening? Then we have to manage as a group for 48 hours in this impassable area. Before emergency services can get there. This is very exciting, but it also strengthens you in what you yourself are capable of. The guide you get with you is very experienced.

You go one step further. Not only do you become one with nature. If you take a step in the snow, you ARE there. You are in your place. You even become one with the elements: when it storms, you are the storm. If it is -30 degrees, then you are -30. You don’t feel it because you adapt. You are in the here and now and you are enjoying it.
