Blue Label hikes

Blue Label hikes are approachable expeditions for the sports enthusiast with good fitness and perseverance. Blue label tours are open to anyone who loves adventure. Each day we cover between 10 and 15 kilometers. We do that with skis and a sled.

What makes you a fit for Blue Label?

Our guides indicate that you should be able to hike 10 kilometers, with a 10-kilogram backpack on your back. And then 10 days in a row. Or that you can run or jog 10 kilometers at a stretch.

What features do our Blue Label participants have?

It is notable that our participants have certain characteristics. They are:

  • curious
  • equipped for exciting things
  • adventurous spirit.

Does this suit you? If so, consider taking one of our Blue Label tours.

What will you learn on a Blue Label trip?

On a Blue Label trip, you will learn the basics of expeditioning. You will learn:

– Handle materials, such as a sled bag, tent bag, burners and a tent.

– Collaborate with your draft mates. For example, you learn how to light burners, set up the tents, how to create a daily rhythm.

– Routines for winter expeditions.

– You experience what it’s like to go along, the expedition feeling.

In the end, you do it all by yourself and our experienced guide guides you along. If needed, he or she will give directions, tips and tricks.

Results of a Blue Label trip

After finishing one of our Blue Label hikes, you’ll have cool stories at a birthday party. And more importantly: you pushed your own limits. In doing so, it turns out that people can always do more than they think beforehand.
