Coaching Trip in Southern Sweden.<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Starting to see the forest again through the trees.<\/h3>\n<hr>\n<p>Guidance by coach and psychologist B\u00e9 van Lotringen.<br \/>\nB\u00e9 van Lotringen is a coach and psychologist with extensive experience in guiding leadership trails in the wild.<\/p>\n<h3>Preliminary track<\/h3>\n<p>Before the trip, you will have a conversation with B\u00e9 van Lotringen to clarify your personal goals for the journey.<br \/>\nYou do this with a comprehensive intake interview.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 1<\/h3>\n<p>On your own you will come to the town of <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/QtMC7QfNyzjHGLa79\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Olofstr\u00f6m<\/a>. This is in the south of Sweden in the province of Blekinge.<br \/>\nWe will meet at 19:00 for a joint dinner. In the morning, our canoes are ready to be launched. The rest of the day is all about paddling and enjoying. Wonderful that peace of rippling water against the bow of the canoe.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the day, we look for a desert island to set up the tarp. A campfire completes the day.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll learn all the skills needed for a great adventure in nature from the guide.<br \/>\nWe sleep under a tarp. A sail you stretch, under which you sleep. Nice lightweight, nice and airy and nice and adventurous. You can hardly get closer to nature.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 3<\/h3>\n<p>After breaking camp we load up the canoe. A new day is ahead. Today we explore the lake system further. We just enjoy lunch along the shore. Including swimming, of course. The <span class=\"gyWzne\">Sk\u00e5ne <\/span>trail gives way to the Blekinge trail. Sporadically we come across some cottages and always there is the view of the lakes. In the evening we end up at one of Sweden&#8217;s many wind shelters. Again, campfire. An almost recognizable ritual ;-)<\/p>\n<p>Navigating with map and compass is the skill the guide will focus on. So you can find your way in unfamiliar terrain.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 6<\/h3>\n<p>Quietly we meander through the Swedish landscape. The backpack is already lighter and the landscape rolling. Today we walk quietly but surely back to Olofstr\u00f6m. There at the campsite, a shower and, of course, a sauna await us. What is a trip to Sweden without this luxury. You experience what an expedition could be like. Sometimes spicy, sometimes easy. But always together.<br \/>\nWe often sleep in tents. On summer trips, you can choose to bring your own tent. On winter treks, at least two people always sleep in a tent for safety reasons. Arctic Adventure provides the winter tents.<br \/>\nWe move, cook, and navigate together.
